Every Riva Ceramiche piece is unique and handmade. Purchases are arranged directly: write to us using the “Ask about this piece” button on the product page, the “Write to me” form at the bottom of the page, or at tistan.lisa@gmail.com.
How to order
- Choose a piece in the Shop and contact us with its name and code (e.g. RC-VAS-001).
- We will confirm availability, price and shipping cost.
- After confirmation and payment [payment methods to be completed], the piece is prepared for shipping.
Shipping
- We ship within Italy [and Europe – to be completed].
- The piece is shipped within [3-5] working days of order confirmation [to be completed].
- The shipping cost depends on size, weight and destination and is communicated before confirmation [to be completed].
- Each ceramic piece is carefully packed with protective materials suitable for fragile objects.
Order tracking
When the piece is shipped you receive the courier’s name and tracking number by email, so you can follow the delivery on the courier’s website [courier to be completed].
Collection in person
You can also collect the piece directly from the studio in Milan, by appointment [to be confirmed].
Damaged parcels
If the parcel arrives damaged, report it to the courier straight away and write to us within 48 hours at tistan.lisa@gmail.com attaching a few photos of the parcel and its contents.
