Answers to the most frequently asked questions about orders, shipping, personal data and cookies. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, write to me.
How can I order a piece and how is it shipped?
Every piece is unique and handmade, and purchases are arranged directly: choose a piece in the Shop and write to me using the “Ask about this piece” button, the “Get in touch” form or by email, giving the name and code of the piece.
I’ll confirm availability, price and shipping cost. The piece is packed with protective materials and shipped with a tracking number; you can also collect it from the studio in Milan, by appointment. If the parcel arrives damaged, report it to the courier and write to me within 48 hours with a few photos.
How is my personal data handled?
I use the data you send me (name, email, phone, message) only to answer your requests and, if you buy, for the sale, shipping and tax obligations. I never sell it or use it for advertising or profiling.
Data is shared only with the necessary providers (hosting, couriers, accountant) and with Google only with your consent. You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data by writing to tistan.lisa@gmail.com.
Does the site use cookies?
Without your consent the site only uses technical cookies, needed for it to work. There are no profiling or marketing cookies.
Only if you accept in the banner are Google Analytics, for aggregate visit statistics, and the Google Maps map enabled; otherwise you can load the map each time by clicking “Show the map”.
How can I change my cookie preferences?
On your first visit a banner asks whether you accept statistics and map cookies; if you close it with the X or choose “Decline”, only technical cookies stay active. Your choice is remembered for 6 months.
You can change it at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page, or from here: open cookie preferences.
